  • What areas do you serve?

    While we are quickly expanding to neighboring areas we currently service  the strip of Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rodgers, Lowell Springdale, and Fayetteville. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Clients must notify NWA Pet Sitting of any cancellations within a week of the start date of their services. If clients fail to cancel within the designated timeframe they will be charged a $50 convenience fee.


  • How can I pay you?

    We accept secure payments of master card, visa, debit, Zelle, cash app, paypal, and check.

  • Do you give discounts for a 10+day stay?

    We offer a 10% discount to clients that book any stays between 10 and 29 days. 

  • Do you provide month long stays or more?

    Yes, we do. Giving you a 15% discount! We will need a good amount of heads up to be able to clear a schedule for that amount. Contact us asap.

  • Do you provide check-ins?

    While we do specialize in in-home sitting we can provide check-ins when you're out of town. If you need check-ins on a regular basis feel free to contact us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NWA Pet Sitting Services ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.


2. Services Provided

NWA Pet Sitting provides professional in-home pet sitting services, including but not limited to feeding, walking, and basic care for pets as outlined in the service agreement.


3. Booking and Payment

Clients must book services in advance and provide accurate information regarding the pet's needs, behavior, and any special requirements. Payment details and rates will be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered.


4. Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify NWA Pet Sitting of any cancellations within a week of the start date of their services. If clients fail to cancel within the designated timeframe they will be charged a $50 convenience fee. NWA Pet Sitting reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, as outlined in the service agreement.


5. Pet Health and Behavior

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and behavior information about their pets. NWA Pet Sitting is not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or behavioral issues.


6. Liability

NWA Pet Sitting will take reasonable care of the pets under its supervision. However, NWA Pet Sitting is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to pets or property during the service period.


7. Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, NWa Pet Sitting will attempt to contact the client. If unable to reach the client, NWA Pet Sitting is authorized to seek veterinary care for the pet, and all associated costs are the responsibility of the client.


8. Confidentiality

NWA Pet Sitting agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any details about the client, their home, or their pets to third parties.


9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of The Washington County. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of The Washington County courts.


10. Changes to Terms of Service

NWA Pet Sitting reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.


By using NWA Pet Sitting Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
