• As a company run by women we take utmost precision on the safety and security of our lady sitters. We give them the space they need to voice their needs and concerns. Allowing them to scope out the homes they will be staying in during the meet and greets. We believe that there is power in numbers. So sometimes we’ll have more than one sitter come together to a meet and greet.
  

Megan Lilly Jones

Meghan Lilly Jones, the dedicated owner of NWA Pet Sitting, is a lifelong pet enthusiast with a passion for animal care and love.

Having started a neighborhood dog walking business at the age of 5 to 10 years old, and later rescuing and rehabilitating a wild gray squirrel named Aang, Meghan's journey has led her to establish and run NWA Pet Sitting.

With a family that includes a German Shepherd-Husky mix named Ginger and a recently departed 15-year-old Peekapoo named Fudge, Meghan is committed to the well-being of pets in the NWA community. Beyond pet care, she is venturing into the role of a Virtual Assistant, assisting business owners and the elderly in organizing their lives online.

Meghan, a third-generation successful business owner, not only manages NWA Pet Sitting but also contributes to the community, providing a safe space for women to express and improve themselves. In her leisure time, she enjoys yoga, pilates, the outdoors, beautiful things, and good food.

Diem-Ai Le

Meet Diem-Ai Le, a resident of Siloam Springs for the past 7 years after relocating from California. Diem-Ai shares her home with two beloved cats, Cleo and Juju.

Currently a full-time student at the University of Arkansas, she is passionately pursuing a major in Exercise Science with aspirations of becoming a physician assistant. Diem-Ai's goals extend beyond her academic pursuits, aiming to build a successful career in healthcare while embracing diverse opportunities, such as her involvement with NWA Pet-sitting.

Beyond her academic and career ambitions, Diem-Ai is a person of many interests and hobbies. She finds joy in arts and crafts, sports, and the culinary arts of cooking. Known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and patience, Diem-Ai is not only a dedicated student but also a compassionate animal lover.

She approaches every endeavor with enthusiasm and strives for excellence in all her pursuits.

Meet Natalie McGee, a proud native of NWA, where she was born and raised. Natalie is not only a dedicated professional in the childcare field but also a remote marketer, showcasing her versatility and commitment to success.

At home, Natalie hangs out with her awesome pit bulls, Troy and Trooper, and her cute Boston Terrier, Totes. She loves going on adventures, exploring new places, and spending time with her friends.

Natalie's not just about the job hustle; she's also got big dreams. She wants to be successful on her own terms and make a name for herself.

One cool thing about Natalie is that she's great at chatting with anyone about anything. She loves meeting new people and learning new stuff. Her life is all about enjoying the ride, making friends, and discovering exciting things along the way.
